This contract made on: __/__/2012 constitutes the entire agreement between the two parties concerned: World Media Alliance Label and the artist/Artists: __________________. The agreement allows World Media Alliance Label the exclusive distribution and sale by internet musical retailers from the Artists material.
1. Royalty Terms: The artist receives: -100% of the Net profit, distributed through World Media Alliance Label for each composition and / or album -100% of their royalty consumption which is sharing ownership of its composition with World Media Alliance Label. -25% of the Net profit, distributed through World Media Alliance Label for each Remix of the original work. -15% of Net Profit from CD/Vinyl sales distributed through World Media Alliance Label or licensed third party partners.
2. Accounting and Payments: World Media Alliance Label shall render to artist an accounting on a quarter bases, 60 days after quarter end, accompanied by payment of any amounts due. Any balance due under $100.00USD (aggregated) shall be rolled into the following quarter and paid only when the balance exceeds $100.00 USD
3. Payment Form: World Media Alliance Label, guarantees to its artists full payment of their benefits through: PayPal, Western Union, Money Gram ,Check or Cash, for a minimum of $100.00 USD

4. Duration and Termination of Contract: The contract is unlimited and is subject to be terminated by one of the two witnesses in any time by submitting a letter of resignation with 30 days notice, in this case the music label World Media Alliance Label will take care to remove from sale the material donated by the artist, paying the profit generated from the product until the end of the contract, provided that exceeds the amount $100.00 USD if the artist requests the termination of the contract then a termination fee of $100 USD shall be subtracted from the royalties due to the artist Name of the Tracks or Release:
